How often can you spray plants with plain water? Trying to kill any pollen if any was left in room after clean up I'm in first week of flower

As long as they can dry out properly in a good amount of time, any time.... I'd hold off while pistils are still super white, I'd rather just spray down the walls as this should kill any pollen stuck to the sides.
I throw a coat of paint on every time I reset, nothing thick, just a coat.

Do you not risk clogging the stamata spraying everyday. I was told every 3 or 4 days to avoid this...?

Well with plain water I don't see that becoming an issue.
Honestly you don't need to spray them at all. Some people just like doing it I suppose.

When my plants are in veg I spray them every day with pH water doesn’t do any harm that I have come across yet

And the foliage spray that I use says not to spray after week for a flower, our use of the foliage spray about once every 4/5 days

For what your doing it for..
Simply put. All you have to do is have the water contact the pollen once. It's dead at the one time contact....
Just mist completely....
Every time you stir the air in the room by even entering it. You move pollen around. Start at the entry point and work your way to the end of the area. Hit everything. The surface's you leave behind, should be moist enough to kill any pollen that may settle back there.
Best bet. Get a tent and put it away from the bloom area (in another room or location). Put the plants you want hit, in that tent with the male. Open an observation window carefully and spray down the plants and interior (after a fair time to allow the plant to actually be pollinated - cpl of days). Now wash your cloths and do not enter the bloom area before you change out and shower first..
