Flushing.

I just started to feed my plants nutes but, fear over feeding so, I have not gotten a lot of run off. Since, this may cause build up should I not feed nutes every few days and just over water a bit until I get a decent amount of runoff? I am growing in coco.

Sounds reasonable. Just make sure the medium dries out a bit in between waterings. Oxygen at the root zone is really important.
