Flushing vs not flushing: debate

So after finally successfully achieving my first grow, and not flushing as suggested by some. Now on my cure of 2nd harvest, and decided not to flush but weave off. I have found, and concluded flushing for two weeks, and only providing water and not essentials will cost you, and a have found better taste, and faster cure by weaving off, and not doing a recommended flushing of two weeks to deprive plant.

for me it depends on your grow method
I'm in organics so I feel theirs really no need
had I been in DWC/coco/ or salted nutes then I may well do so

for those who doubt this..
simply flush only 1-2 plants before harvest time
and see for yourself

good luck

yeah of course finishing with plain water increase the quality .. imo
i tried many combinaisons with the same cut side by side and i would always flush .. just longer in soil with organic fert than in hydro..

however i used to chase the senescence but no more ... i like the plant to finish all green .. with a conductivity inside the medium as lower as possible ..

and i dont "flush", just finish with water to dilute the remaining salts/organic nutrients .. no abusive runoff or plants in the shower ..lol

The only people recommending that are people that don't know any better. Some actually think that it flushes "Excess" nutrients out of the buds. All it does is flush the soil. The plants leaves turn yellow as the plant uses what's available in the leaves and transfers it to the flowers. So there is nothing being "Flushed" out of the buds. The best practice is to feed properly throughout the grow. Many people could cut their feed in half and end up with a better product and no deficiencies caused by overfeeding which they try to fix by feeding even more.

It's weening off. But after 2 grows you should be able to conclude exactly squat. Lol! I will bite, however. How did u gather info about flushing by not ever flushing? Weening plants off is perfectly fine, btw.
