Flushing to correct pH?

I have a few plants in early flower that are having pH issues. I suspect the problems are coming from my nute line so I have began trying to correct one plant at a time. Basically I have been flushing with water pH to 6.9 until the water starts coming back somewhat close to what I was putting in. This took A LOT of water for 10g pots. I won't be able to see if I helped ant till the lights come on later.

my question is would a product like FF Sledgehammer help this process or would it just remove everything beneficial in the soil? I was scared to use something like that because I was afraid it'd leave my dirt totally inert and without nutrients available even if I did get the pH right. Or did I do that anyway just by the amount of water I sent through the pot?
