Flushing auto in FFOF soil

I have a 4 week old cream cookie auto in a 3gal grow bag in FFOF soil. I have never gave enough water to get runoff since birth because I was afraid of over watering. I did a slurry test on the soil last night and with tap water/FFOF I am at 670ppm, and Distilled Water/FFOF I am at 540ppm. My tap water is 250ppm. That is without any nutes.

She is in beginning flower stage and I want to start feeding her. My question is....Would it be okay to flush a couple gallons of distilled water through her and start my nutes slowly the next watering to flush out some of the soil nutes?

I am just afraid of over feeding with the soil being as hot as it is now.IMG_20200224_165718.jpgIMG_20200224_165707.jpg

You do not need to flush FFOF .... its ammended enough to feed an auto for weeks .
Stop the unnecessary slurry or testing crap . You can run tap water on this mix. Keep distilled water for baby formula and steam irons.
Autos just need enough feed for approximately 90 days ( due to its shorter life ).

Autos like uncomplicated grows and environment. Start over doing shit and that’s where shit happens. Autos hate anything that will slow them as they have no time to recover. FFOF can be aerated as a tea for soil drenches or just simply top dress more to recharge and feed thru grow. I run FFOF and mixed soil grows and it is all too common to see growers overthink simple grows.
No flushing is EVER needed when running just the soil. Start adding this and that on top of this soil and you bring problems.

Water at 6.5 - 6.7 ..... to allow ph drift. FFOF out of bag is 6.3 .

You guys are my hero's. Awesome link! I am an overthinking, my wife tells me all the time! Great info from all of you. Maybe one day I'll have enough grows down to help people also.... Thanks again.

FFOF has everything for easy auto grows already mixed in. Only a bump in perlite is needed to improve aeration and drainage.
EWC 10% ( earthworm castings ) is a good addition to this mix as is some extra myco ( scoop ) .

For auto flower stage I add only kelp to water. That’s it .
No booster bullshit , molasses or sweetness.

Ok, well it sounds like I did something right in my own. I added about 20% perlite and 10% earthwork castings when I mixed my soil.
