I'm just starting week 5 of flowering and I have nute lockout probably due to over-feeding and/or setting the ph too low in their water. Do you think I should flush or just gradually add small amounts of nutes?

flush and start fresh with a well adjusted PH and light nutrients

IMHO I would flush it, take a step backwards, then start back with the nutes, but go easy on them and make sure you adjust the ph.
