fluorescent 120v 60hz 17w 300mA

So i just bought a fluorescent 120v 60hz 17w 300mA light fixture today. I was just wondering how good of guality this grow light is. I know it might not be up to most peoples standards but i do believe it will get the job done for my 2 plant operation. i was just wondering if i made a decent purchase today. Let me know what u guys think. Thanks,

You need specific light spectrums. 6400/6500k for veg and 2700k for flowering I believe. Also the wattage on that light is very low (17W).
I don't believe that is enough light to produce any sort of yield at all and will most likely just produce very stretchy stems and an underdeveloped plant.
Although this is just from what I have seen and read, I'm also new to growing.
