Beautiful shot.....lighting......flowers, lilies aren't up yet here, things just coming around.......we have either pinkish or blueish (acidity)....what color are your hydrangeas, never have seen that coloring.....
I have pink, white and blue sometimes on the same bush ..... I’ll try and get a pic tomorrow of that. I cloned all my hydrangeas from one plant so I know the color change is from my ash on one side and compost on the other. I have them mixed in with some white azalea but they don’t bloom at the same time of the year ...... the azaleas bloom early spring before the hydrangeas really fill in much and then the hydrangeas take off , over take the bed and then in the fall & winter the azaleas are green and full so it is pretty good all year just have to deadhead the hydrangeas or they look kinda sad and winter is sad enough .

Check out my latest post in “ How does your garden grow “ some veggies and my youngest grandson ( he’s so cute ) .

I'm really happy with these hanging baskets. Not so much the petunias but the trailing geraniums are awesome. Knowing they came from seed I collected last year makes it even better.

It's a nice color burst for sure. I've had people that have come over offer me money to make some for them next year. Like an idiot I told them I'd do it for cost. Now I have about a dozen baskets to make next year.

Oh well. If some hanging baskets brighten up their lives just a little bit then I'm happy to make them for my friends.

They sell baskets like these for close to $50 at the store. I make them for under $10.

Looks good! So dry and brown here it's refreshing to see your flowers thanks for sharing!
It's dry here as well as you can tell by the brown grass. I water the containers, garden, and flowers in the front. That's it.

I'm thinking of digging up more grass and making a rose garden with drip irrigation that only needs a little water once a week. I'm done keeping grass green. It's a waste of water. I'll keep a small patch of grass green for the dogs to roll around in but the rest I'm going to landscape without grass and a need for water. I want to get ahead of things. Although I'm lagging as I speak.
