Mix ur spectrum 50/50 blue/red...n no stick w the flouros imo...I run a mixed spectrum from seed to harvest 50/50 n always get good results.

They're flouros... whether compact or stretched out it's still fluorescent lighting...I'm tellin ya you'll get better results mixing ur spectrum I've been growin w fluorescent lighting for 6-7 yrs...

Switch to photoperiods in the future so you can train them and keep a shallow canopy.
For now just slowly tie branches down to achieve the same result. Spread it out and keep it low profile.
