Flowering Photoperiod

Right now I am 3 weeks into flowering 12/12 Yesterday my timer faild to turn off my lights for some reason, and by the time I noticed the plants had gotten 16 hours of light. I switched up the schedule so that they got their 12 hours of darkness. Could this possibly throw the plants back into their veg state, or is it the 12 hours of uninterupteed darkness that is most important.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. It's happened to me, and I'm sure it's happened to quite a few others here for one reason or another. With my first grow I actually didn't have a timer for awhile, so I'd be waking up every morning at 7:30 or so just to plug everything in. A labour of love I suppose. I've been off by a as many as a few hours several times and didn't notice any adverse affects.

I'm not too experiences, but I think it'll take a day or two to return the plant to it's vegetative state, then possibly raising the risk of a hermy if the flowering process is interrupted too early on. I'm sure it'll be fine.
