Flowering Nutes

iam leary about introducing a higher nutrient solution, flowering dose, than what iam running now. iam using the Lucas Formula at .5 conversion, 600ppm.
i am in the first 3 days of 12/12 lighting schedule and my plan is to introduce the higher TDS as soon as the plant shows its sex. the part iam not sure bout is weather to change all at once or to stagger it so that i reach 1000ppm after a few days.
a little back history, when i transitioned to veg. i burned them and had to flush, make new solution, pain in the ass, dont want the same outcome.
plant; 29 days old, 8 internodes, at only 10", short and bushy, strain unknown.
just wanted sum tried and true info from someone with experience.

if i burned a plant is running purified H2O through and over media and roots the best remedy for nutrient solution burn?
HOW LONG do i run water through plant?

I am running a DWC with AK48 using the Lucas Formula 4GA reservoir in a 5GA water jug... 650 PPM max Veg that was using the formula and also adding Canna's Rhizotonic in Flower I am up to 900 PPM using the formula. I add Raw which can increase PPM by 100PPM / 30ML used.

To answer your question I had to go up slow and steady. When transitioning I poured 1 GA full strength Flower nutes out replaced with tap water. After a week I bumped them up to full strength. After 2-3 weeks I upped them to 1100 PPM which is where I am currently at today. So I went from 650 PPM veg, 800 PPM transition (12/12), 900-950 PPM full strength, 1100 PPM after 3 weeks to pack on buds

thanx for the info, gonna add 2ml./4ml. GH per day. Should increase ppm total by >50ppm. per day, thats 8 days to 1000ppm.
