Flowering Light Advice for 4x4x6

Hey I'm a newbie and will have way more questions in the future but for flowering is 690 watts too much for a 4x4x6? I currently have a mars hydro TS3000, Mars Hydro TS1000 and a small UFO 90watt red spectrum grow light. I only bought the TS3000 so I don't need to use the other two but would it be beneficial during flower? I was thinking the 2 mars lights up top and the small light at the bottom to help the lower buds out!? My tent has great ventilation and the ability to be cooled down. And I'm doing DWC, currently have the Ts3000 running 24inch above at 26%, 5gallon buckets wrapped in panda film, no reseviour, resurculating top drip, GHP trio and micro nutes, Im growing only 2 photoperiods Amnesia x Dosiodos. My babies are 4 days old so I'll be on here a lot for advice!

30w ft2 is a very good wattage if you are not giving extra co2. even a little lower w/ft2 can give you good results. so 690 is too much for me. i run 480 in the same area.
