Flowering Issue? Autoflowering?

hey everyone, im growing 2 bag seed in 1 pot under 5 13w cfl's and 1 46w cfl, they've been on 12/12 from seed and as you see from the included pictures the small bushy plant with the male beside it is not flowering or even showing preflowers, im on about day 45 of 12/12 from first true leaf set, it does have something really small that might be a preflower but is this plant a retard or is it more likely to be a auto flowering, and if so what should i do?

this is my seed crop so sorry but i cant chop the male yet, i want the male dead as much as anybody but i need seeds for the summer

what do i do to fix this, or when can i expect a harvest, im not famelier with this trait

plant in plastic pill bottle is a afgani x indica male, small plant in green pot is a kush seed i bought for $7, plant in Tupperware container is a bag seed also

ya, im trying to get some seeds for the summer, the plant with issues is in picture 3,5,6,7, it's been flowering the same amount of time as the male (45 days from first true spike leaf, it must be a auto flowering, but if it is when should i have seeds? im 2 months away from when they have to go outside and im scared shitless i wont have any seeds

i know every strain is different but how long does the average auto flower take to flower? is it possible to have a plant that will not flower?

can anyone confirm if this seems like a auto flowering plant? i need seeds and this plant just keeps growing new leaves even under 12/12, could it be a retard plant? it dont look like a retard but could it be genetically messed?
