Flowering #help

Hey y'all, just started wk 3 flower on my new tahoe strain. She just got done with her stretch, but thought bud development would have kicked in gear already. Is this typical? Running house and gardens aqua flakes with no deficiencies. They look amazing. Leaves larger than a water melon. Lol! If you don't know aqua flakes, it's In DWC.
Following the house and garden feed chart at wk 2 of flower only puts me at 730ppm which is a little low IMO.looking forward to responses.

Patience...flowers dont look like much at 3 weeks. 6 weeks you should have something more familiar to look at

Thanks smokenpassout! I'll try. currently, she is drinking a gallon and a half a day! It's getting expensive keeping her fed. LOL
