Flowering has been stalled :(

Hello there I am new obviously to growing. I am a little embarrassed to post my pictures up here but, better than nothing haha. They were growing really healthy up until the flowering stage. I know the setup isn't the best but it was working fine. They got about 1 week into flowering and just seem to have completely stopped. I am not sure what the problem is. I had to leave them with my roomate for about a week and not impressed with his job of taking care of them. I was worried they may have nute burns so flushing the soil with pure water for a few days. Also, I figure the soil may have been over watered so letting it dry out a little as well. But, as far as the reason for completely stopping growth in flowering I am not sure. Also, the leaves, which were really healthy until flowering have started to die off and become dry/dead, and limp and curling down. I have a few pictures below and can take more.View attachment 2007040View attachment 2007041

overnuted and severely lacking on the light broski...you'd be better off with CFL's than those tiny tubes...

Sorry for the multiple posts i didn't realise i would get replies so quick or if anyone would see. But yea i know the lights are pretty sad but, they have been doing the trick up until flowering. It's really not worth investing in better lights at this point until i want to grow again.

Agree with above, too much nitrogen, not enough light for a plant that size. Should I post on yoir other thread too?

Just one thread is fine.. i didnt mean to make 2. How do i control the amount of nitrogen? I am doing research now to see where i can find a better light

The plant will only be as strong as its weakest link...with that said, the light is the weak link in the chain...if that is not corrected the grow will be dismal at best and a waste of money and effort.
