Flowering from seed (12/12) and taking clones

Hi all,

My friend only has 1 grow room. He intends to 12/12 from seed, straight to flower. However he also wants to remain self sufficiant without having to buy any more seeds. Can this be done? What would be the best way for him to do it?

You can takes clones from a plant in 12/12. I find it more difficult & time consuming to root & reestablish growth. I would let them grow a few weeks then clone.
:blsmoke:..... also you won't be able to tell their sex until the 5th or 6th node set.

keep them under 18/6 if you can for a couple of weeks befor 12 /12 that will give a little time for roots to grow i have just started the same thing my self so best of luck to you pal:clap::clap::clap: i know the yeild is a lot less when doing 12/12 from the start but i dont mind in the slightest ... its not as if i sell any ,,, its all for me, i have seen pics of 12/12 from the start and it looks alright look it up on google i think you will like what you see .................i luv the interweb
the sex will show about 2 half 3 weeks into 12/12

im looking at doing the same thing m8, with only 1 growing room its been seeds all the way for years. as i get 99% fems from the seeds, im going to take cuttings at 21 days in to flower, this is after looking into cloning and coming across the link below :-P.

im also going to take cuttings when i finish the crop im on just to give it a try , from the little branches on the bottom with the little popcorns on. sounds mad but there is sum great pics on that link!

apparently it takes longer ( 14 days)and heat is the key , but when it goes ,they reckon that the clone goes apeshit! some say they branch out better than normal clones. :peace:
