Flowering from clone

I bought 3 super grape ape clones and am planning on flowering them immediately. They are only 6 inches tall. How large of a pot will i need in order to do this? I have heard of people doing a full grow in just a party cup and am wondering if i could complete this grow in a pot only 3 or 4 times the size of a party cup. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

What kind of medium do you plan to grow in? I've used 1 and 2 gallon pots to flower clones and plants veged for a week or two in coco with great success. 1 gallon black pots are only .98 cents from home depot...

i would go for a two gallon, but if you can,,, veg em out a bit man. If they are the same cut i have (oakland genetics.. dark heart nursery) they are gems my friend! Super sticky grape smelling buds great color and taste with a very nice high. If you do veg them out flower them at about 18 inches and use a five gallon bucket. if you can wait an extra few weeks its definatley worth it.

I use 2 liter pop bottles with the tops cut off and drain holes cut on the bottom, grow bags are nice as you can pack them together tighter than round pots.

Thanks for the replies. I also have 6 blue dreams vegging right now and dont have enough light for the grape apes. I am just attempting to flower them using some cfls in my closet. So due to limited space and light, i am flowering them from clone. The pots they are in now are 5.5in x 5.5in x 5.5in. So if i did my math correctly, thats just over a half gallon....probly too small to complete the grow? kbo ca, Im in the north bay so it could very well be the same genetics. They're very healthy lookin plants! I'd like to see your finished product if you wanna post some pics. Thanks again

On second thought....i just calculated it and my pots are just over 2.5 liters. So it may be possible according to frmrboi. The plants are now a week into flower and are 10 inches tall with a few roots coming out of the drains at the bottom of the pots. Is this a sign that they will outgrow these pots? Any advice would be appreciated.
