lol! U talkin about the green water punker? :p

So I think it might be from the chlorine in the water, Im now letting my water sit out for 24 hours in a milk gallon thing.

Damn So I just added another fan in my tent, as I thought maybe the brown spots on the leaves were from heat stress. I also giving my mami a little heavier feeding than usual so that could be it also, anyways im sticking with just water for now until the spots go away(do they?) as the leaf almost feels dead. I've dropped the temp to a constant 80, 79.9 temp. I'm a bit bummed. I'll post a pic. Don't know where it came from, I've been monitoring my pH and moistness, pH is a little on the high side 7ish(could that do it?)

Thanks Thomas :D!

I'm kind of worried about heat though once I get in my 150w hps. I have ventilation, though I need to buy some ducting to direct it more thoroughly.

I would flush for a week with pure water. Check your ph level before watering. depending on your medium, ph levels are more tolerable. soil medium ph levels are more forgiving and with 7ish you should be fine. i use a soilless media that recommends ph levels of 5.5-6.5, and most hydro applications should be 5.2-5.8.
If the ph levels were too high it could cause spots as well as high heat. as for the leaves getting better they won't. once they are damaged they are damaged for good. but don't pull them off as they are still powerhouses for the plant.

Thanks Thomas :D!

most 150w hps that i have seen have the ballast attached to the hood, if this is the case, when you get that hps, ventilation is key, but don't get ventilation confused with cooling. there is still going to be radiant heat from the hood and ballast shield that will cause your tent to stay hot. if you don't actually have COOL air coming in your temps will remain high.

if you can find a 150w remote ballast that will help you tremendously with heat inside your tent as the ballast can be placed usually up to 10 ft away. but you will still most likely need a cool air source to keep temps down.

this is what i found from using larger hid's. but hid's none the less all get hot soooo.... get some pics up! like to see how good they are looking!!:bigjoint:

Hey, check out my grow. What you think?:weed:
How old is yours?
Dang man urs are so sparkly and shiny :D. Lookin good, I def think we have the same strain, as my other lady looks just like that. when u touch the buds /rub is it reallly danky smell? I love it :D . :leaf::-P

Oh its about 6 weeks into flowering i think, using minimal cfl's is why its so slow, so it could go another month i'd say.

Thanks for all the valuable information my friend! I didn't see this post until now! I will be posting pics up soon. Actually the hps doesnt raise the temp too much. about 2-3 degrees. I dont know if its just me, but even after one day with a switch of light the bud on my right lady seems to have swelled just a bit. I'll post pics!

Thanks again bro :} !!

damn, that got brown quick. how much nutes have you been feeding it
On the low scale.

I added 2tsp/1 Gallon(letting water sitout 24 hours before use). I believe this is for regular feeding.

I might try to flush it today. This is so odd though, as my two plants have been on the same schedule why would one and not the other be affected :/

Alrighty fellas (& ladies)

Here are the most updated pics. But I have to part ways with the CFL forum as I have an HPS now. Its a nice system so far. Glad I am working from home so I can check the temps and make sure nothing bad happens :}

Here they are!

Thanks to everyone who has been helping me also, if there was a kudo system or something I'd definitely return the favor.
