Before is better. Theres a guy who just did a wicked scrog. Ill see if i can find you a link.

I start 2nd week of veg and as the tops pop through keep tucking back under training it to fill out the net and when net 3/4 full I flip them

Yep that's fine I always use one pot anyway. Only five gallon from seed to harvest. LST for 2/2/1/2 foot plants. I have never transplanted but have nothing against it either looking good too my friend

16 plants all together 4 plants under each 600w Hps in 15 ĺ auto pots.

i just popped in 3 critical plus 2.0 did a critical plus last year which grew to 13 feet lol ill be watching your grow so keep posting....
