flowering 3 weeks

Does this plant look good for 3 weeks flower? I only vegged it for about a month. Do i need more lights to have bigger buds? She's under 300 watts CFL's.

i don't know much about flowering with cfls. you should look into a scrog, get you more of an even canopy, let you get the cfls closer to all the budsites.

more veg time, your branches are very thin and spindly, but thats my opinion.

Haven't got experience with cfl.. I always use HPS mostly 400 and 600w.. (think the 1000w is overkill due to heat problem, those are meant to grow in whole rooms..)
What i do know is your plant's got magnesium shortage.. You can see the red colored stems of the fan leaves.. defiantly magnesium shortage..
Also depending on the type of strains and how big your plants are flowering can take up to 10 a 12 weeks.. But it all depends on circumstances..

True (but thats a choice between planting a lot of small plants or a few big ones) and they look to "stretched" out during veg process you have to keeb your lights as close as possible to ensure bushy plants.. Max temp at top of plant should not be above 35°C (if u use ventilation, and ventilation is a MUST) If not then max 30°c while room temperature should not be above 29°c... (photosyntheses is greatly reduced above 30°c)

Your doing great, your plant is a sativa, it wont pack on weight till around 8wk into flowering and can flower for up to 12wks.
If you do have a mag def add some epsom salt to your top soil and work it in a little and water.
Other than that your fine. Keep growing.

Every time i water i mix it with molasses. Should i continue doing this?
