Flower mode

would 1 10w cool white floesent be enough to kick my 1 month old clones into Flower mode?

PS: The 10w light buld is supose to be putting out 50w

ha ha ha ha ha ha, sorry dude, NO.. 10watts? come on. ok you need 100w per plant(recommended) and in the 2700k spectrum range. that bulb is prob 5000k range, that for veg and way to small.
