If this pic works then please tell me about how much longer I have till I should cut her down?

check the trichomes with a jewlers loop or magnifier. You want your trichomes to be cloudy to almost going orangy golden. You can taylor your high/stone by checkin the trichs ;)

Roughly about how much longer I should have said, this pic is at 7 weeks, its an unknown strain unfortunately. Any questions ill be glad to answer if I can.
When I put my nose to it, it honestly kinda smells like a$$, but when I touch a sugar leaf and rub my fingers together it has an amazing citrus smell, I took a sample at 6 weeks and dried it for a week, it gave a crazy heavy stone, I know it may change after dry and cure but, that's all I can think of at the moment.

Normally the stage at which the trichomes would give you a stoned effect is at the latest point of the trichome development. Looking at your leaves, they look quiet thin so i'd say you've got a partial sativa there altough they typically take longer. If you dont have the jewlers loop then the pistils being roughtly 80% orange over the whole plant is the next indicator. You really could do with the loop though, i bought one of an auction site for about £2.

its already been said but get a loop and check the trichs its the only way to truly no if the bud is mature and ready to harvest.
do you no how long its been in flower? also the leaves are real green meaning it needs to be flushed out before you harvest.
to me it looks like it mite have 2-3 more weeks to go so i would start to flush very soon.

OK thank you for the fast replies, its in to flower 7 weeks.

I would have to agree with you goodtimes about the sativa in it, I forgot that sativa take longer, I keep wanting to go by the 8 week mark.

I already started flushing about 4 days ago, I will be able to get a magnifier in a few days, I just wanted to know what others thought by the look of it.

OK so I borrowed a magnifier from a buddy and most of the trichs are clear and bending over like crazy, a lot of them are turning milky white, the ones that are turning clear are only about 40-50% milky.
Any thoughts?

As long as you are seeing such bright, strong, new pistil growth lay off chopping. Based on the pic of that bud you could have between 2 and 4 weeks left to go, depending on strain and conditions.

I find that, in the final few days, the majority of pistils are now lying down on the bud, rather than standing outwards. Personally I think it is worth waiting for that perfect moment, then waiting another 2 days ;)

Thank you for those replies that's getting a lot closer to what I was looking for.

I looked at few diff nugs yesterday and I may have overlooked it or something I dunno but most if not all trichs are tuning milky white.
