Sweet!! When I was a kid my grandma had a fish book which listed the Snooks food value as NIL. Nickname was Soapfish. I guess the authors didn't think to skin the Snook
Like bass, if you don't skin it, you'll think it's just awful. They are a fantastic fish to hook up with. I fish em just like I fish bass. They have the exact same habits. To me a Snook is a salt water bass.
