Florida Growers Thread

I wasn't the only one doing it. It was along the beach where all the "thug" people are with their nice cars and big rims blasting their music. Everyone was buying and selling and smoking right in that area and cops were there too making sure there weren't any fights or anything. I don't know the exact area I was with a friend who drove there.

I'm thinking about moving from Fort Myers area to Fort Lauderdale. How is the marijuana tolerance on that side of Florida? I know here in Lee County its like Hell. If I were to move there, I may be growing my weed outdoors in a fenced back yard instead of indoors. Just curious. Any information whether posted here or through a PM would be great. Thanks.
well ur thirty mins from me and i know the cops in my county and lee are pretty bad. they get worst in marion and alachua and levy and citrus county by far. i think in the ft lauderdale and miami area theres just so many cops and they see so much just like most of florida they decide to pursue that crime or not. living over there though i would do one of two things. grow inside or grow out in the everglades. too many people there not to get caught

I was really hoping to grow outdoors in my backyard simply because the houses and neighborhoods I was looking at had TONS of trees and green all around so I figured with a big privacy fence, I could grow a few plants with no issues. I guess if and when I move to Fort Lauderdale I'll just have to see and if it doesn't look like I could get away with it I'll stick to growing indoors.

Edit: That's cool that Tallahassee is #1. Wish it wasn't so far north in Florida because I wouldn't mind living there. I really want to live on the East Coast of FL.

Boston sounds like the place for me for sure...
Under an ounce is $100 ticket and no record and under 25lbs is a misdemeanor in Massachusetts but we will see what happens in November. But the weather sucks. heh I like the snow but only when I am not the one shoveling it.

Never been in snow, but i can adapt.
I was just in Boston, I'd rather die than become one of those sheeple crammed into a train and carted around town. That place drove me insane in less than 4 days. I'm hoping for somewhere in the mid-west like Iowa, Wisconsin or Colorado (those are just three places I've always liked) once I'm done with my degree. I'm in the mood for some quite country livin.

Lots of country in Massachusetts. Mountains in western Mass the Ocean in Eastern Mass. The city isn't for everyone but it is where I grew up. I am in the country now and enjoy the quiet.

Haha! that's where I live! Tallahassee is great except the inner city. Place is a shithole, cops everywhere, and they have things at the big intersections that take a picture of your licence plate if you run the light. But go like 10-15 minutes out and it's peaceful and quiet, cops are too busy in downtown to even go there so you're gonna be safe to do almost anything!

That is my plan. Soon I will be heading north soon. I want a few acres in the mountains with no nosey neighbors.
thats what i plan on doing in about 2 years. tennessee and kentucky is nice but theres no work there. we were thinkin maybe nc or maybe a lil further north where theres eastern seaboard trade where jobs should be here and there and some industry
