There is no need to buy flushing products, just taper off nutes the last couple weeks but feed till harvest. Flushing is about removing buildups from your medium.

I've no problem with flushing for a few days once the plants are matured but I wouldn't use additives, imo it defeats the purpose.

Sorry but this person is not worth helping IMO. He opened another thread and finished the post with "NO ANTI-FLUSHERS. TRYED IT DONT LIKE IT" When asked why he was yelling he replied "Because y’all act like Karen’s it’s annoying af. I’m sure everybody seen the reasoning behind why not to flush. We get it." Personally with that attitude he can figure it out for himself. Pretty impressive to be so ignorant on your second post ever. I have to wonder which account he got banned under before he created this one.

Yeah it's kinda like the way you can wash a glass clean but it still has water spots after it dries unless you use something like vinegar to remove the mineral deposits. Florakleen does this while maintaining a semi neutral ph.
It dissolves salts in the substrate and according to some study in small quantities feed microbes. I'm really tired and high, I might look it up tomorrow but I assured you no bro science.
Potassium soap works wonders on that at least has for me, leaves everything squeeky clean, is dirt cheap.

Sure it'll probably work just as well if not even better but I think you might have to wipe over with a rag regardless or maybe just blast it with a pressure sprayer ? Bleach the living fuck out of it, literally

I've seen some bleach advertised recently Harpic X (or something) it shows a lump of scale being dissolved by it
I did wonder if it'll work aa well on salt residue, dissolving is much more appealing than scrubbing, especially with air pots lol.
