Flora gro series question

Just a question about application
I just moved a rooted cutting in my dwc bucket and I'm going to use the g.h flora gro ,
On the label for cuttings it shows 1/4 tsp per gallon but along with it it also shows the same for micro and bloom , does this mean to add micro and bloom along with the gro ?
Sorry for my ignorance on the matter

Use this

Always mix in this order
Calmag if used
Micro
Then the rest

The nutrients are a 3 part combination used through the entire grow.
There are specific ways to mix the nutrients with other ones that are not listed on the bottle.
Basics are...Add Micro and stir...then add Gro and stir again...then add Bloom and stir again....must stir between each.
