Flipping to flowering

My plant will be 3 months old as of December 1st.
I can see little white hairs on one of the nodes near the top.
Strain is blue dream and it’s avout a foot & 1/2 tall.
I’m wondering if I should wait longer until December 1st and have around 3 months for flowering or since I see it wants to start flowering now should I just flip it now ?
