Flexible Spending Account

Hi guys I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of a flexible spending account that you can get from the company you work for to pay for healthcare. Anyone ever tried to buy a vaporizer with it? It would seem even if it were for tobacco purposes it would be a better alternative to cigerettes. Either way, if anyone has any info please let me know I have my eyes on an Iolite vape.
