Flavor additives(while growing, not tasty puff)

what up. I have a question. I remember I believe it was late 90s I read in hightimes about some people using sugars or juices in their grow to give off that flavor or smell when you get finished buds. Does anyone have any info on this? A fellow grower and I were talking about this today and we figured it would probably work considering certain nutes give off different tast qualities. I,m searching the old threads and post for this but any info would be nice!

yeah i have heard this to. i haven't tried it but i know how to do it. if you use a juice and need concetrated apple juice orange juice or what ever flavor your want and the day befor you harvest your plants you water with the flavor that you want and it will trap the flavor in your plant and then your just dry it and cure it and smoke it up. so i hope this helps you.

Well I love to try out new things I guess Ill have to do a setup with some of the plants in the future. Thanks dbodabomb for the info.

careful some acid's in juices will kill plants fast.

People use mollases right before they flush their plants out.

1 table spoon per gallon i think??

I was wondering about the acidity of the juices and have read alot about using mollases. But what about honey or like cool aid? I would never use soda I think the sodium alone would take the plants out. Just stuff Iv been thinking about. Im going to be doing mass studies I can see.

This was posted by another member a while ago. I wish I remember the thread it might have been on organic teas. or at least who posted it. But it says:

"Unsulphured Molasses is cheap, available at most grocery stores and is easy to use. You add one ounce to each gallon of unchlorinated water. Since molasses was brought up I thought I would repost that. I thought it was good info. And who ever posted it reads this thank you. Credit is due.

all mollasses does is give a sweet smooth taste. but if you water it with something acidic it's not going to matter i mean with in 8 to 13 hours after you water with what you want you are going to harvest. so i don't see it makeing a difference in the acidity level. i had a homie who used concentrated orange juice (with out the pulp) and i have to say i was surprised and a slight taste of orange. pretty good.
