A 5-year-old Pennsylvania girl who told another girl she was going to shoot her with a pink toy gun that blows soapy bubbles has been suspended from kindergarten.
Her family has hired an attorney to fight the punishment, which initially was 10 days but was reduced to two.
Attorney Robin Ficker says Mount Carmel Area School District officials labeled the girl a "terrorist threat" for the bubble gun remark, made Jan. 10 as both girls waited for a school bus.
Ficker says the girl didn't even have the bubble gun with her and has never fired a real gun. He says she's "the least terroristic person in Pennsylvania."
School district solicitor Edward Greco tells pennlive.com (http://bit.ly/13Nu0QF ) officials are looking into the case. He said Friday school officials aren't at liberty to discuss disciplinary actions.

the little bitch got what she deserved!

when that soap solution gets in your eyes it STINGS!

if she shot one of those Assault Suds into a moving car the driver could be temporarily blinded, and crash right into a waiting schoolbus full of children!

im not sure, because the report doesnt have all the details, but MOST of those Assault Weapons are nearly invisible to metal detectors! She could have brought it into THE SCHOOLHOUSE!!!

I can tell you from experience that when you see what young children leave in their undergarments sometimes you'd think they were terrorists.

Trust me, you'd find more of a "biological threat" in a shitty diaper than they found in all of Iraq!!

i think if she had of had the "pink bubble gun" in her hand then this would have been a different story

but im guessing without it there as a prop it was one girl saying to another she was going to shoot her

over reaction yeah probably but meanwhile in the news

7 year old shoots 8 yearold
7 year old shoots 5 yearold
mum packs loaded 22 caliber pistol + spare mag + flare gun into 7 yearolds schoolbag
14 yearold shoots 15yearold brother
15 yearold shoots 5


as ridiculous as it maybe that 5yearolds can be punished like this

you are living in a reality where its entirely possible for that 5 yearold to bring a real gun in and shoot her class mate (without the pink bubble gun in her hand who knows what she is talking about)



this certainly isnt something you can lay at the feet of obama

perhaps even more so, since kids lack the sense of self preservation that older, wiser, less stupid people gain from NOT DIEING.

why do you think suicide bombers are almost always young dumbasses, even if they are in university?

dipshits are easy to manipulate with impassioned rhetoric and appeals to emotion (as you display so regularly) and the younger they are, the dumber they get.

secondly you dont have to goto the pathetic lengths of finding an 18yearold movie to find instances of kids with guns
