. girls are gettn icy so cant wait to taste em! so we are about 5 weeks into flower so bout 3-4 more depending on trichs and hair color. and if you wer wondering about my sick one.. she died. R.I.P. but my blk domina is looking good and healthy so thats a plus.

this is my first grow, the flowers are a strain of kush i am unshur of at the moment, clones from a buddy. they are under a 600w hps on tiger bloom for nutes. the little one is my lil trooper black domina is a clone from a dispensary and is under a pretty cheap 23'' t5 for now, and age old grow. probly going to cut a good number of clones from her, she seems to be pretty resiliant.
i had got her along with another and 2 space queens. but in my inexperience i overwatered and over fed.. but this one survived so ya. so its not bad right whats left..
so please leave me some questions comments help props hate whatever its all good here thanks all!

nice grow man look nice n frosty my first grow i only got 14gs but theres nuthin like smokin ur own shit,just make sure u cure them right if u want that good smell n taste i was too impatient n only cured half of my harvest (the right way).n remember to flush the last too weeks or it will b harsh n wont taste right good luck man

Ok so latest up date i moved my black domina under the hps. and for the next few weeks until harvest of my kush girls the blk domina will have a 12/12 T5 and HPS. i hear this is a pretty common technique so im doin that.

Ok so i got a Blue dream clone and after transplanting yesterday afternoon ive noticed a bit more limp in theis girl as opposed to the also new LA Con. and Chem dog which are looking fine, i will post pics of those as well as my flowering kush in
the next few days.

so here they are i will post new pics to marrow afternoon for better comparison. hopefully she will perk up soon. well if any one is following and has had LA Con before, how is it? never had it but here about it every where so it beter be bomb. I deal in high potency.

right. all deaths have been to blame to root rot, and me. i am working on a happy median between all of what im being told and whats going on in my grow actually. thanks again every one! that being said, with this new set of clones i got i am focusing on not overwatering more than anything else(yeild,potency, etc.)

after a stipping of exsta rock wool(which was pretty damp all around for all 3 clones) then transplanted to FF Oceanforrest soil, and T5 lighting. the girl pictured was actually attacked by mites. so far i have em under control, havent seen any in a day.. so as far as ight,soil, and care i believe we should be ok...

if not then pff help me help my girl! thanks again you guys rock, and if your ever around stop by for a bowl!

Hey man. Good looking stuff! Your soil looks like it could use some more perlite. Are you using 20-50%? Perlite will aid tremendously for your watering schedule. From what I've seen and heard from veteran growers, you want your soil to dry out within about a 5 day period. Then water using distilled (found @ walmart). You said you get root rot, which is most likely because your soil never reaches a dry point before you water again--hence over-watering. But without a sufficient amount of perlite, you can still get root rot simply because the soil doesn't dry quick enough.

As for the mites. Buy some neem oil. http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/store/en/browse/sku_detail.jsp?id=JZ-1010

Use a solution consisting of 5ml neem, 2 liters of water, a few drops of dish soap. This is about 2 liters of solution--so the bottle of neem oil will last you for a LONG time. Spray the soil, plant (hit its undersides), the rim of your pot, and the dish under your pot if you have one. Do it about 2-3 times daily for a few days. I had mites too and they were gone after 2 days. I sprayed for 5. Neem is organic; the solution will NOT have ANY adverse affect on your plant. You can even use it while the plants are flowering, but def try to take care of the problem beforehand.

im not even shur rt now how much Perlite i have, i just use foxfarm ocean forrest straight. and that does make sense cuz i realy dont water often and not that much espesially now. even this one i trasplanted saturday and only gave her an Oz.-2 Oz. of water realy small so i know its not to much. the soil does stay wet for a fairly long time even with that 5 days. but then again im still pretty new and trying to find my groove, which i am closing in on i can feel it! haha!
As for the mites, while waiting and looking for info here, i jus finger smashed all those little bastards. im shur their not gone for good, but i havent seen any since the massacre.. but if they are to return i shall use this advice!

My kush girls are lookin great! ill shoot some new pics some time today for you all. the buds are swelling gettn all plump, and maybe 50% of hairs are turning, and the trichs are clustering closer together. still clear mostly but many are turning cloudy. what kinda pic do yall want? full plant, close w/flash, super close no flash, or cola shots?

the black domina wasnt doing well yesterday or today so i went out and got some super natural stay green and gave it so all the limping clones maybe 3 hrs ago and they seem to be recovering and look healthier already. the blk domina is getting beter it seems as well but a little sloweri will have new pics of the ladies tonight.

its an earthy smooth sent almost citris like but minus the bite replaced by more fruity.
i moved the light about a foot closer to them. feed and water tomarrow after a warm dry day today, tiger bloom.

my cheese dick t5 set up is in need of an upgrade, its way too weak. and this could go down as early as next week.

Today i dropped my light a foot and bought a new fan. as a resault i swear in these 8 hours its been closer i think the buds have doubled in weight, theyr looking nince and plump

jus got a emergency blanket from WM for like $3, wrapped it in a lil frame i made n tossed it up righ quick to see how it works and looked. works great btw. guna have to do some adjustments with it and the girls and watch for hot spots. thats roughly half the size of the blanket.

My kush is doing great, im thinking maybe a week n a half to a week =) stay tuned for more pics.

another update for the day is a table. now before you say "table? pff im out" chill check this, the benifits of a siple table are as follows: 10 degrees cooler room temp. plants can be 4" closer to light, +work space, and back support as im not tending to my girls on the ground. ill have pics of the new look tomarrow, and uh some afternoon bud porn.
within the next few days i will have a much beter set up for my girls new blankie as i need supplies and a bit more design thought.
got hotshots little time release poison thing and that shit beter work.

A week(2) away from the chop. la con doing well as you can see the other lil ones are doing fine aswell, and the blue dream(with the mites) is doing great with the hotshots strip in ther. the SN Green Stay i got i absolutly amazing. plant gets stressed for what ever reason, a few sprays of this mix and your leaves are back to normal its realy amazing. as for the mites, ther wer alot this am, and i didnt see any when i was taking these pics rt now.

oh i also snipped a sample of some buds for educational purposes. shud have results tomarrow.. and again thanks for any input you leave

just ripped some solar tokes of that sample i cut,dried,curred quick, and i am baked HA! it tastes jus like it smells now, earthy and citris smooth.
