Fish shit diy??

Ghetto Aquaponics guy here
I use a 100 ish gallon horse trough and have about 15 or so “koi” in it.
really just common goldfish that Are big.
No filter just have an air stone running. This tank sits in my greenhouse for winter time thermal mass.

I pull about 50-60 gallons out a week using 5 gallon buckets .. and replace it with fresh water..

water is bright green and i water my veggie garden with it.

I use hydrolysated fish emulsion for my ganja. But could easily scale up
My aquaponics and use that for nutrients. I don’t think it’s especially high in NPK but my plants seem to thrive with it..

don’t have any pics of it but can take some if any interest in seeing it.

This is my rainwater collection system. 55 gal. It really can't hold the water. Too heavy. I've reinforced the inside. I now have another one beside it and will connect the 2 via bulkheads.

They'll live in anything. But the air stone is good. I have a chop system and had 5 goldfish in the return. They got too big for my 65 and were crowding out the other fish. Anyway the pump died and I didn't catch it for 2 days. 4 of the goldfish died the 5th had it's eyes shrink into his/her head from lack of O2.

Yah I'm interested. I'm always wanting to look at other people's setups.
