First week flowering are they healthy

Hello RIU

Do these plants look healthy there about 4 weeks all and its there first week flowering.

The plant on the left is younger but just showed sex today

The plant on the right showed sex the first day flowering.

So do they look healthy and what kind of basic nutes should i start using? and how much? im using miracle grow!
Thanks there unknown strain and grown with a few cfls

And 1 more question when do they start to smell?
