First watering using nutrients...advice?

Hi RIU
I have entered day 16 of veg and my girls look healthy enough for their first nutrients. I waited to start the nutes as this is my very first attempt and I know FFOF soil already has some nutrients...I wanted to play it safe. I have the FF line of nutes (Big Bloom Tiger Bloom and Grow Big). I'm planning on transplanting in 4 days (the next time I water after today) I know FF has a feeding schedule but I have read a lot of stories on over feeding etc. I planned to use only 1/4 dose until a week after transplanting and then only increasing the strength incrementally. Would anyone who has used the FF line have any suggestions?
I'm using an air cooled 1000W MH lamp at 24" with temps 75-78 and R/H 30-35% (Night temps drop to 64-66 R/H 45-50%)
The plants are in 6" pots with FFOF soil
Watering every 4th day using only distilled water
*ALSO...would you agree on transplanting in 4 days to 4 gallon pots and does the runt look healthy enough for nutes and transplant like her sisters? The runt, as well as the rest, are all showing their 5 bladed leaves and strong stems.
Thanks

Transplant when your leaves reach or exceed the edge of the pot. In my opinion I would let them go at least another week.

They look nice and healthy, just let those leaves grow beyond the edge of the pot.

Just my opinion as usual.

I'd agree with Aim, they could probably go in those pots for a while longer. They don't need more space just yet (not that it would really hurt them either). And, I don't have experience with those nutes, but I've heard OF is fairly hot, so you might want to wait a bit longer until you give them even 1/4 strength too. They look happy and healthy enough, so I'd say leave'em for another week before doing anything too much with them. Just my cent and a half.

Cheers!

Thanks for the helpful reply. I think that sounds like a good plan. It will also give the little one time to grow. Would you still give them their first dose of nutrients with their water today?

Is the runt big enough for nutes?
