Hey guys I started growing cannabis about 4 months ago & im nearing my first harvest! I’ve been doing a grow journal on YouTube for about 2 months now. I’m always updating my tent & content but I’m having a hard time getting views. I’m on episode 8 & it’s my best episode so far. I’m gonna link & update this thread for every new video that comes out.

PS , please give me feedback on my grow I’m still learning & every bit of information helps.

Tips - tips and advice should always be thanked- even bad advice should be appreciated for it's horribleness.

but this is good advice actually -

Tip #1 - do an intro. by intro I mean you take stock footage of plants or the clouds or whatever and you speak about the video that's coming up, and anything else acknowledge the audience, thank them for watching, and what not.....

Tip #2 - Grow rooms are loud, tight spaces that really don't forgive bad mic setups. Phones and small cameras have bad mics and you want to have as good audio as you can to captivate your audience. If you don't want to buy a better mic, which for most casual youtubers like us is a non-starter - It's better if you record the video of the plants/room first. Capture the essence of the room, the buzz of the fans, the swish of the leaves, all of that.... the mic won't capture that with your big mouth going on and on, and the video will lose character because of it...... comment on the video as you watch it on your computer afterwards in a room with very little ambient sound..... then merge the two together....... mixing the sound..... that way you get both the essence of the room and the sound of your voice in a more clearly recorded format... lower the music to silent as you talk and increase in breaks.

good stuff I'll be following.
