first timer some advice please?

So seeds have germinated have in 1''rockwool and roots starting to poke through are they looking okay? Was thinking of switching to the 400watt mh tommorow night in 5 gallon bubbleponics and maybe 1/4 strength nutes any comments?

picture didnt show up. dont rush things. if you go to HID, start it back a ways and bring it in closer over a few days. and as you said be careful with the nutes this early. Im a soil guy but those brand new roots can burn pretty easily. good luck
