First timer seeking advice...

Ok so I started 5 seeds that I collected over the years from different kb strains from friends, all freebies, figured I qould use free seeds for my first go round. Anyway I germed all 5 and put them into plastic cups filled with Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil and soaked them. They all poked out of the soil monday and I gave them a little water yesterday. I have them under 2 (4 bulbs total) 4 foot shop lights with 6500k t-8 bulbs.

My question is when do I start to feed them nutes and how often? I have fox farms Big Bloom and Grow Big Liquid fertilizers. Also what "strength" do I mix the fertilizer at?

1/4 strenght about a week after they get there first leaf

I may be wrong, because I don't go into the garage, but isn't shop lights those halogen ones?

What kind of lights are your shop lights?

By shop lights I mean 4 foot fluorescent fixture with t-8 bulbs producing a 6500k spectrum of light, I ordered the bulbs on line because I already had the 2 fixtures just sitting around. If all goes well I will upgrade to a 4 bulb t-5 fixture and use the t-8 fixtures for side lighting.

Those will veg fine, but in flower you will need mostly 2700k light, and more of it.

Yeah I purchased a 3x3 tent and I was planning on using a 600w HPS. I think that should work well.... Hopefully lol, because that s what i bought.

My big concern is watering and nutes, I dont want to over over water and I dont want to nute burn them either.
