First timer...need people's 2 cents

Alright, like it says, I'm a first timer. I did do some research before I started though, so I'm not completely oblivious. I currently have four plants that are in their 4th week. The two pictures attached are of the worst case. I started using Miracle-Gro plant food 2 weeks into growing and followed the directions on the back of the box. So I have fed them once on the 2nd week and once on the 3rd week. Shortly after the 2nd feeding I noticed that the 3 bladed leaves on one of the plants was starting to turn yellow and somewhat brown. It seems to get worse day by day. My question is, should I trim those leaves or just let them die off. If I should cut them, where, or if not, then what should I do?? On the other 3 plants that I have going there is a little browning on the tips of some of the leaves, but does not seem to be spreading. Other than that my plants seem to be healthy. I mean the inside growth hasn't slowed any. And they seem to be growin about an inch or two a day. I currently have them under florecents, but will move them under the HPS in their 8th week. I have to be honest and say that I'm a huge procrstinator and have not gotten a PH tester, so is it possible that's the problem?? Anyone's advice is greatly appreciated.

if you are serious about growing or just for fun, get urself a PH tester, even the cheap drops, they are very effective, also get ur ph reading of the runoff water...to me it looks like light bleaching on that leaf, did you have the light really close in that area? nute burn mostly occurs at the very tip of the leaves...oh please dont cut anything off, less is more keep this in mind, as new growers we tend to want to do too much

Hey thanks for the quick response...

From what I've researched, florecents aren't supposed to be able to due that....

Even still though, the lights haven't been close enough to those particular leaves in close to three weeks.
