First time

First time growing, just wanted to know some opinions/options.

I want a short plant suitable for indoor growing, high yield with not too much compromise on the quality of the bud/THC levels and easy/ish to grow. What are my options or is this asking too much?

Also what is a basic setup i would need inculding nutrients lighting etc for your reccomended plant/s? cheers

What size is your space your growing in, some info please.

I only have a small space available.... very small but i want small plants and i will only be growing around 2-3 at one time, female plants that is..

I have basically the same situation, i have about 3 feet of verticle space 2.5 ft of horizontal. i planted six plants in 1 gallon pots. i used 8 cfls, 23 watts. i also put cpu fans in the cabinet one in one out to exchange air. i used whit poster board to cover the walls, but paint or if you want to get fancy milar. or actuallt there is a foam board that has milar on it for 10 bucks at lowes i was thinking about. i used strait top soil, not miracle grow soil crap, alot of others say mix perlite and stuff, i guess you could try that but straight top soil with good drainage works. i veged with 18/6 till one foot and ended up with 3 females after 12/12, and them transplanted to two gallon pots. i topped them probably at 10 inches and they look beautiful. i don't know about yield yet but they are short and bushy and get the job done. hopefully this helped

Any names of plants that fit the bill?

i was just using bag seed. It was kind of Shitty, i had 3 sativas and 2 indica and a mix and only the mix and 2 indicas were female. but i guess 3 females is better than none. but i did notice the indicas were about 2/3 of the hight of the mix and sativas, about 12 inches going into flowering and in 10 days time 15 inches tall.

remember 2 to three times the verticle hight in veg is about how tall they will be in flowering, so plan accordingly
