First time shatter - look ok?

hello all, been a while since I’ve posted on here.
First go at making shatter this week.
Blasted 12 z of top quality GorillaGlue bowl trim and airy nugs with 12 500ml cans of Newport butane.
Blasted into a Pyrex dish sitting in water at 35oC until most of the butane had evaporated then onto greasproof paper and into an 11L Vac chamber for 48 hrs at 35oC.
The Bho seemed to be nearly a liquid and was bubbling away vigorously for the first hour or two, and I purged and re vacced a few times during the first hour.
From the pictures does it look like it’s purged properly? There are still some bubbles remaining but it’s been at full vac ( 28hg) for 48 hrs all together and some bubbles are still there.
My heat source is a digital heat mat that with the kit and the temps inside the chamber are at 35oC. Is this hot enough to let all the bubbles dissipate?
It’s still sparking slightly when lit

Looks fine to me. I personally like more of a wax than a shatter but meh. Good work

Thank you. Wax is when it’s heated to a higher temp right?

Thanks, yes it’s brittle but slightly flexible at room temps.

Yes I had 17 grams from this run. 12 ounces of trim blasted with 12 cans of bute which is a pretty small return I’m guessing?!

Cheers for the replies so far, getting a few friends to try it later. Never personally tried or even seen shatter before now!

My first try at shatter also blasted 8oz of trim with 15 cans of 300 ml of 11× refined Neon butane but mine looks nothing like hours purged with hot water baths 15 grams yielded bit mime looks like a dark gold color like wet instant coffee

I've noticed that the higher quality of my trim the more of a golden colour I get. If I use low quality trim without many trichomes I get a darker lower quality end product normally

Thank you for your reply I've noticed that some small specks of my trim had fallen into my pyrex and those specks darkened my product tremendously . Also im only getting around 4 grams per ounce is that a normal yield?
