First time running sea of green style, input welcome

I will be setting up a large (legal) medical grow in the near future, and am considering going sea of green for the first time. I am apprehensive, however, because up until now, I have been running 3 or 4 plants per (1,000 watt) light, and averaging 5 oz per plant or so. Now I am considering doing a very similar setup to this legendary grow:

I would probably run about 16 plants under each light in 2 gallon buckets as opposed to the 5 gallon ones I am used to. However I have been using (and love) Canna Coco and would like to continue doing so. Do you think I could get similar results with a Cocoa based system, with the same flowering nutes despite much smaller girls?

I dont think your yield will be 5 oz per plant but it seems like your comfortable with growing so id go with the sea of green. Youll have more plants which in the long run is a bigger yield.

If your doing a legal grow I would think plan count is going to be an issue so I'd avoid SOG (sea of green right?) and maybe do SCROG instead. =)
