First time PC Build/Grow

right subscribing to your thread - heard of these pc grows never follwed one - have u seen another with pics ?

i just want one cause they look cool lol and if my situation drastically changed be nice to have fall back

just had a flick through reading the posts u done with pics

i will be looking in for sure time to time - i am in awe

Subbin in bro. You have a sexy friggin LST going on there. Your grow is about 2 weeks farther along than mine. I was wondering what strain that is. I have a Northern Lights grow in progress.

Yup hudman no nutes, yeah the FFOF is pretty strong, if you use it with seedlings its better to use some organic soil like FF Light Warrior or I used Jiffy Organic Seed Starting soil and it worked well.. Just so the FFOF doesn't burn the seedling at a young age.. Mix like a 2 FFOF to 1 other is what i've heard I just potted mine in all organic and then just transplanted when older to the pot with FFOF in it.. And I gotta spread some more love before I can hit you with some more rep to..

So are you going to use any nutes?

my set up is similar, but i'm growing 10 small plants, 12/12 from seed, like a party-cup grow. we'll have to compare notes, when mine get further along. my first grow was like this, but i did two bigger plants, and they both ended up being male. which was lame. but i was wondering how much you think you'll harvest off this grow style.

So I guess it's a general consensus that more bud sites is better than having one main cola on a plant? Is that pretty much true for small grows like this? Because I saw one guy who didn't top or LST or anything in PC grow, and he had just one main cola that was only about 7 inches tall and weighed almost an oz dry. It was the only cola he had though.

I ask this because I'm about to start my PC grow and was curious if I should look into topping or LST or if I should just let it grow naturally. The more bud I could get, the happier I'd be lol. I'm gonna start 3 seeds hoping for at least one female. Great grow btw! I don't think I could pull off an LST like yours. It looks fairly difficult.

There are any number of ways to grow plants inside of a PC case. I've seen anything from a three plant perpetual system in one case (gumball's grow, for example) to one giant plant ScrOGged to capacity (mine). A plant in soil will stay much smaller than a plant in a DWC setup, so plan around your growing medium. The one giant main cola probably had more to do with genetics than the fact that he just let it go, so you'll probably have to see what works with your plants.

Topping is not a good option if you're growing an auto-flowering strain, but you could consider it if you're doing a small photoperiod strain. Remember, it will take a bit of time (during veg) to recover from being topped. If you're going for yield per plant, I'd definitely recommend doing some LST. It's really not that tough as long as you're careful. The first couple sessions can be a bit intimidating, but your confidence will build quickly once you develop a "system."

I had always thought so but I didn't want to think the entire time it was a female and then it turn out to be male and get my hopes up for nothing haha.. at least now I know its a female and can just sit back and wait..
