First Time Out Door Growing... Im Scared lol

ok so basically what i have is a germinated seed in soil with a CFL light on it for 24 hours i am waiting for it to break threw the soil so far it has been about 12 hours so i have along way to go i know... well what i am planing to do is as soon as it gets big enough like 6 inches [so i can pull and re-plant] i will move it out side in an area where there is a bunch of trees [its in the wood's] and in the woods their are a bunch of over hangs where the lighting is not very much but i have found a spot where their is NO over hanging trees or limbs etc. their is perfect lighting =) well your probably thinking good for you and whats this about... well my concern is getting caught i will list a few of my pro's and con's
1)i live in the country NO POLICE
2)i live with my parents =(
3)sun light is about 8 hours a day
4)NOT ON MY LAND =) [its the woods no one owns it... i think]
5)all the surrounding trees and other plants will keep the smell at a low [i think]
so will i get caught??? if u need more info let me know thanks

2) how old are you exactly?
3) not enough sun really...how cold is it?
4) someone owns it...if you think nobody does you are sadly mistaken...or you live in some 3rd world country somewhere...

3) not enough sun really...how cold is it? sun yea alot of sun it never gets below 50f and never higher than 110f
