First Time MMJ grower seeking mini grow room thoughts

Hello, I am receiving 2-3 clones early next week. I have done (hopefully) enough research to have a solid grasp on the whole situation. However, I have concerns about my grow room. I basically only have a closet to work out of right now. Although I know this is not the best way to start out it does give me some options as far as what I can for the time being. The closet has white walls with a white floor (perfect for refection. I have a shelf in the closet which has a bar going under it which I plan on mounting a 2 ft 2 bulb T5 under it. I've bought an organic medium and 3 6 inch round pots, along with a ph meter. What I need advice on is a few basic things that hopefully some of you may have run into.

First off, Should I line the closet with the black/white plastic paper...yes the walls are reflective but still seems like a good thing too do.

Second Should I put some sort of fan (a small osciallator perhaps) in the closet to keep a consistent air flow.

Next is humidity, I live in a very dry area and winters right around the corner here which means heat, which sucks the humidity out of the air. IF I were to use say a five gallon bucket and kept that in the room should that be enough to keep the relative humidity in check.

Finally is nutrients. I know lots of people use different things however, I'm a disabled vet and currently unemployed as well so as you can imagine money is kinda tight.

Just so no one is confused I don't plan on letting the plants flower in this stage..my goal is to let them veg for a few months so that I can save up and buy a SPH, hydrohut and other things. But I would like this closet to be as efficient as possible.

Thanks for all the help

1st the paint is most likely just as reflective as any cheap plastic liner you'll buy on your budget, but invest in a simple light/ph/moisture probe like i bought for just under $15, and will give you really accurate lumen readings

2nd fans are always great for every grow room to help improve ventilation and air circulation, not to mention they build up nice, thick stalks for your plants. if it gets too hot in the closet, aim it at the light, and it should cool down substantially

next i dont know how dry your "area" is but you should also invest in a cheap temp / humidity meter for as low as 5 bucks online, then use whatever methods needed to saturate / desaturate as much as needed

finally i've heard both crushed and ground banana peels work (1 per plant, mix in new soil, then replant or transplant) or oak leave tea, where you oak oak leaves in water for a little over a week, then use as much tea as you would a regular liquid nutrient soultion

Hey thanks for the all the great info Mike...I don't know if I'll end up doing the banana peel thing or not but sounds like even more of an organic method then the ones I"ve been reading about. Also I should have mentioned that I was planning on buying a digital thermometer that has all the necessary readings but I hadn't heard of a lumen reader..def sounds interesting.
