First time lst'ing lol

So it's first time lst'ing used yarn and skewers to tie them down. It's been 3 weeks and I'm wondering is it good to flush em then release the bonds for a week then re-tie? Read that somewhere. They got pretty big tho they were 5inches tall at first week xD
