First time LST

So I have attempted my first LST and was looking for some criticism... positive or negative on if this looks right and how the plants themselves look. They have been vegging 23 days and figure to go another week or so. or should I put them into flower now? These are being done under CFL. TY for any responses:joint:

Looks good but I would veg longer than what your veggin. I mean if your lst'ting her then you pretty much have her height/growth restricted so veg her longer and bush her out, if your doing this for yourself don't skimp trust me I've done short veg periods and have had crappy yields all because of rushing and being impatient not saying that's the case for you. If your under Cfl's you'll be fine as long as you add more light.

LST is a great way to make the most of your available space and light. Props for jumping in. your plants will yield nice thick danky buds.

Awesome, I have decided to let them veg because they are looking so sweet and I can now see how the yield will only go up:bigjoint:

think in these terms.... each secondary branch you can get to veg is a cola.... each cola a bud site
if you let them veg long enough you'll get some nice ones
i have 2 plants going right now with 12 and 14 buds each looking better everyday :)

Yes I have noticed that I have 6 to 9 sites on each one now that came right up in the past couple days I have now even tied a couple of those down that were a bit taller, It is amazing how quick they respond. I can only imagine how quick they will be growing once put into flower. Its going to be crazy lol

+rep man, great job. Although bear in mind that after flip, your plants will stretch like 3 times. Now make sure you have vertical space and enough lights to support them, otherwise vegging for too long could also be a bad thing.. due to a lot of branches however skinny and lanky ones with fluffy/airy buds. what's your pot size, how many wats, how much time you got and what is your growing space. also are you able to provide some side lightning cause growing with cfls that is a big plus.

Ty simisimis, I have plenty of vertical space, my pots two are 4 gallon 2 are 5 gallon I have adapters, y connectors, and bendable lamps and bendable connectors, all kinds of stuff like that I have butt loads of 23w cfls 2700k also some 42w ones so I am going to be able to adjust as needed. I think I will be ready. just waiting on the dehumidifier because I do have humidity issues I am stuck at like 72% and it stays there day and night but it has not been an issue for vegging. So yeah this ought to be fun

yeah.. in my 22 liters(5.8) gallon container I trained till I got like 25 shoots. Well in the end it yielded less than my first grow of the same strain but with 16 shoots in 3gallon container, cause those stems were so tall and lanky because they were all trying to get for the light, now I would not go over 18 total shoots. In fact now I would go first with topping for 4 main colas and then LST a bit for some side branches, then I get that bush to spread more evenly in the medium. But at that time I also had different problems, like started giving bloom food in flower and I lost a lot of fan leaves because of lack of N. Well lets see how it will go for ya, since you're growing indica dom, should be easier for ya to light them. Good luck man!Will be watching ya
