First time indoor Mars 4x4 TS2000. 300w

I managed to grow 1 random plant outdoors from seed last year. No idea of the strain but it came out well. 12oz of bud. Upgraded with the Mars kit this year and planted in solo cups on March 23. Bought 12 photo seeds from Growers Choice, and also planted 3 from last years plant. 12 out of 15 sprouted. 2 Diesel, 3 White Widow, 3 Girls Scout Cookie, 2 Cinderella 99, and 2 unknown from last year. I was unsure of germination success rate so I went big. Of course now there is no way they will all be able to stay in this tent. Will move the excess outdoors once it’s over capacity.

32 days old . Will soon be time to remove several. I have read that I could leave all 11 in and they would just not get near as big and yield would be small per plant . Or grow 4-6 and get same total yield? Not sure what I will do yet. Open to suggestions .

I am in well water with a softener , so my ppm and ph were jacked . So I Bought a small RO system. Using General Hydroponics 3 , along with Clonex solution and CalMag. Watering with nutes about every 3 days . Mixing light so the feeding every time seems to be working ok. Stays around 71 degrees and 50-60% humidity . The standard 6 inch fan and carbon filter that came with kit , but not using the filter yet. If the smell gets to me , I will hook it up . Of course it pulls much more air without filter and I kinda like that. Topped a couple of them the other day, done nothing else . Btw using Fox Farms Coco/Perlite .

5 weeks. Had to move another 2 outside . 7 remaining and they just keep filing up the space . I need to determine how many weeks of veg I guess. The light can only go so high , so do I need to determine when to flip based on available height?

They are doing pretty good . I am now in week 8 of flower . The Cinderella 99 should be finished very soon, (6-8 week flower) ,the rest should take 8-10 weeks in flower. While I am satisfied with the size of the plants , I am somewhat disappointed in the size of the buds . I have continued my every 2nd or 3rd day watering with nutes. I am thinking I need more light AND fewer plants next grow. I would assume same yield if I had 4 plants vs 7 with same light, just bigger buds? So I will either cut back from 7 to 4 in my 4x4 or grow 6 and upgrade to 600 watts (maybe a second Mars Hydro like I have ). I am very satisfied with the performance of the 1 Mars light I have . No burnt leds yet and it’s been on 100% since the early weeks. Open to thought or suggestions .

Thanks for that. You have the same set up as me thought I haven't started yet. Curious to hear from someone with experience on how you're going. I want to upgrade the light but can't afford to right now and was planning on doing 3 plants in the 4x4 with the 300w light, then upgrading to 600w. I haven't learned much yet, but could you be feeding them more? Good stuff

Maybe I could be feeding more I guess. I wait til the coco is just damp to water . Read so much about over watering etc. lol. What size are your pots and what medium are you using ? I thought maybe I was over feeding them , but never any signs of over feeding or under watering I don’t believe . What strain are you growing ? Feminized or auto?

I was just under the idea you could feed the more nutes until they don't like it haha. then scale it back. Not so much volume of water. I will be using the 5 gal pots, clones, non auto. I will be using soil (not sure what mix yet) with a halo feed watering system.
