First time indoor grower

I am a first time grower and I have a couple plants started and one popped up with 2 stems and I was wondering if anyone else had anything like this or if it's just a freak thing the strain is (Andy's Candie) it's an auto flower

Consider better lighting........they are stretched and spindly. How old since sprouting?

The twisted stem is from a stress early on and it being an auto.... it didn't have time to heal before it went into stunted flower. :peace:
