First time growing

Hi im new to this been doing a bit of research but cant get my head around which way of growing would be best for me. Money is no object neither is space really and i want a little production going on so i'll be producing a fair amount each week say 1 kilo maybe more, i have alot of stoner friends lol.

And another thing im worried about is the amounts of electricity i will be using cause i'll obviously need some big lights and would like your opionons on this. Will be looking forward to your replys

For a grow like that your need at least 4000 watts for flowering off a kilo every week and probable alot more as your probable get .5 grams per watt taking 10 weeks to flower you'd to yeield ten kilos to hit your goal placing your lighting needs at 20,000 watts. In reality you probable wont need that much as larger grows like this can pull nearly a gram per watt when done perfectly but .5 is more realalist for starting. Hydro would also be a must to yield such large amounts. Id recomend trying a smaller grow and seeing how you do b4 you tackle such a large project. Neway if you do something this big besure to do a journal Id love to see t build. PEace

Start off small and build up dude, get the feel of things, and stating what youl be bringing in before you have done 1 harvest is just plain crazy its not that simple, and you will have the elec company at your door banging it down if you go ahead with big fuck off lights like 4x1000 watt, trust me am from scotland and if you fire up those lights your finished before you start, if i was you i would try about 4/5 plants in hydro and go from there, i will post you a link for a company that does kits etc based in the uk that is also very good to deal with, get yourself some fem seeds good ones and just go from there, i would also not be telling any mates about what your going to do, these can become x mates people do fall out you know, and when the cops stick in your door its because you told the wrong person, cops dont come at 6am in the morning because of a guess, they come because someone told them to come and 1st must have come from you.
My tips to you dude, start small buid up and do some reading and dont go on the old (MY MATE SAID SHIT) it never works, and keep it simple.

Exactly as banger said, u don't wanna start off with a project like this without gettin some smaller one's down first. An the most important rule- DON'T TELL ANYONE!

You should start small and see if you are capable of handling them then if it works out go a bit bigger then a bit more.

start small! You will make mistakes LOL, I know I still am. Before worrying about a lot of plants focus on one.

You can produce that much with about 14000 watts. Which is too much for the power bill. Start with say, 2000 watts. Buy 400watt lights to veg and 600hps to flower. Get a feel for it. Go with soil for your first grow, it's far more forgiving. If you are really set on doing the big set up, you will need generators and know how to exhaust them and be able to keep up with their fuel needs. So start small, you can produce a very good amount if you buy the nicer stuff.

I dont know what other people use in the uk but to be safe i would not go above running about 1600watt any more in the uk is pushing it, even more so when it just jumps suddenly like over night, and dont get kits and seeds sent to where you intend to grow, do not make a link to stock seeds and where you are growing, places to get turned over and records to get taken, the police love pc's because they are full of information, play safe dude, good luck.

thanks for your comments guys i've found a friend of a friend who use to do it fairly big and is going to help out so should pick it up fairly quick hopefully we'll see but think i'll be using hydro to start with.
