Okay so me and a few friends managed to get some Afghan Goo seeds, so I took one home and put it on a plate with a littleee bit of water, and a few days later it came out of the shell and sprouted a little bit. It's still white and it has that tail ya know? Anyways, right after I went to the hydroponic store to get a pot, dug a hole, put my organic compost in there with the pot and popped my little baby in there, tail up.
Have I gone about things okay so far? Or am i just messin things up. Anything helps guys! Thank you!

You should put the pot into a dark place inside until it sprouts up and maybe if possible keep it indoors until it gets a little stronger/ bigger then mover er' on outside...Bugs love just swallowing little babies

In the vegetative stage should start giving it more nitrogen than anything else and gradually increase the dose the bigger it gets...Start small and learn your way up or else your regret giving it too much,...

BTW I always put the tail down but it shouldnt be that big of a deal..it will work its way up..but make sure you dont fuss with it, it may take a couple days or even up to a week to actually sprout up

putting the germed seed in a peat moss pellet then the peat moss pellet (with germed seed) into some organic soil is the way to go. plus the peat moss pellets make it awhole hell of alot easier for transplanting

The sprout ALWAYS goes down . . . that's the taproot, the heart of your plant. It's what anchors these plants to the soil. Feeder roots grow from the tap. Hope you haven't already killed it. Gently dig it out and replant it, trying not to molest the white root any more than absolutely necessary. Don't over water. Moist will do for a while, as seedlings and seeds don't use a lot of water.

yeah. when the plants get to the flowering stage they show either pistils or pollen sacks. get rid of the ones with pollen sacks if you dont want seeds on your females. you should find pictures so you know what you're looking for

Fair enough to say that if I have "hairs" growing, I have females? And for a new guy, how long befor the males are a danger to the females? I just want to be sure they are males befor I killl the motherfuckers. And it isnt always easy to see their lil thingies.

I wish my camera could zoom in but its shitty so Ill do my best to explain...

I checked on my little green 'tear drops' that are in the nodes and it seems to have little whitish/greenish hairs coming out along side the 'tear drops'...Some only have one hair though...any ideas?

I do any touchy outdoor TP's in the evening, giving the patient overnight to gather it's strength, then keep it/them lightly shaded for a day or two.
Indoors, same idea, minus the shade.
